With the popularity of various services and our clients connecting from all over the Globe, we have realized that some customers may not know when to expect a response. Customers that were located in other timezones often waited around for tickets to be resolved when our team was sleeping, on holiday, or even just normal family time. For this reason, we have decided to post our support business hours. Tickets will be processed as they are received Monday through Friday, 9am-7pm (1pm UST - 11pm UST) Orders placed outside of business hours will still be processed and your tv will be activated as per normal by the automation system. This only effects support tickets. We hope this helps those overseas so they know their tickets are just as important to us as everyone else. Thanks!
