Due to Data Center outage over the last 24-hours, our support ticket queue has increased significantly.
We'd just like to point out that while we are doing our best to get through all the tickets, our Support Staff are just hobbyists and work Normal 9-5 jobs as well.

Our Support Team also shares these same hours, and will try to respond to everyone between 9-5pm EST as well.

Please refrain from creating duplicate tickets or asking about specific feeds that we have no control over. 

Any info that is passed along to us will be shared on the main site as well (although there could be a delay between the time the service interruption happens and the news gets reported)
