Part of the upgrade to the new site allows for more streamline billing, both in the backend of our system as well as the customer (you).
Previously, customers had to log in each month when their service was about to expire, and manually place a new order. This traditionally required users to input their "MAC address", username & password, and even sometimes specify what server they wanted to renew on. We understand how tedious that became for everyone.
This is no longer the case!
From now on, only one order will need to be placed.
Once your service is about to expire, we will send an invoice to you via email which you may click on to pay.
Alternatively, customers now have the options of subscribing when using PayPal. The payment will be processed monthly automatically when the invoice becomes due.
Hopefully this minimizes downtown for all of our clients.
