We know the outage our provider had this past month has taken a toll on many clients.
Because of this, we have discontinued the service with our provider and will be giving all ipNerds customers a free month of another service we are testing out.
If you would like to request your free service, please create a ticket through out Support page and let us know. We will verify you are in fact an existing ipnerds customer and let you know how to connect.
All automated invoices as well as renewals for the old ipnerds have been cancelled, so you won't need to worry about any payments for a service that isn't working.
